Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to Geilogruppen Booking AS and parties who, directly or through a third party, enter into an agreement with Geilogruppen Booking AS according to what is stated in the booking confirmation. The booking is confirmed when you recieve a confirmation e-mail with a booking reference number. We recommend all our guests to save this confirmation on their phone, or print it out, and bring it with you when you arrive.

Geilogruppen Booking AS is responsible for forwarding your booking to the relevant supplier. It is the supplier’s resposibility to provide the arrangement in line with your booking. The arrangement may apply to acommodation, activity, transportation, or other products and services presented on the website, or a combination of these. Please note than any claims or complaints related to specific products must be directed to the supplier concerned. Geilogruppen Booking AS is not responsible for the individual products. 


Payment and security

The payment is processed at the time of booking. Geilogruppen Booking AS is responsible for the actual transaction, and for ensuring that the correct amount is charged to your card. We will contact you in the event of problems with your credit card. If we are unable to make contact, your booking will be cancelled.

Our partner DIBS is responsible for the secure processing of credit card numbers and codes in accordance with the requirements defined in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Only Geilogruppen Booking AS and the supplier of the relevant product will have access to your name and contact details. For more information regarding privacy policy, please read our privacy policy statement.


Cancellation and changes

To cancel or change your booking, please contact Geilogruppen Booking. All cancellations must be sent via e-mail to [email protected].

- A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date/tour date.

- No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date/tour date.

Any changes made by the guest are regarded as a cancellation. Some suppliers and partners have other terms of cancellation than those mentioned above. In such cases, the terms and conditions will be displayed at the time of booking.

Geilogruppen Booking AS has no control over the exchange rate that will be calculated for refunds to credit cards and is not responsible for any loss incurred. Please note that Geilogruppen Booking AS does not pay any bank fees incurred for international transfers.



We recommend all our guests to ensure they have good insurance before commencing their trip in case of illness, lost luggage, accident, liability, etc.


The guest’s responsibilities

The guest is obliged to observe house rules, instructions and regulations applying to travel, activity, accommodation, etc. The guest is fully liable for any damage. Geilogruppen Booking AS or its subcontractors are entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the guest or anyone in the guest's company behaves disruptively and/or causes damage to the accommodation or surrounding area.

To book/conclude an agreement with Geilogruppen Booking AS, the guest must be aged 18 or over. If any doubt, proof of identity must be provided at arrival.

Special conditions for booking of accommodation: The check-in time is earliest 16.00 (4pm) on the arrival date. The room must be vacated by on the departure date. The weekend of New Year, Skarverennet and Easter, all lodging guests must be 20 or over. The age limit does not refer to children in companion with their guardian.

Smoking is not permitted

Pets are allowed in some units. This agreement is to be made directly with the acommodation provider, and might subject to an extra charge.

Between the hours of 11pm and 7am, all guests must show utmost consideration and not disturb other guests.


Our suppliers

We are responsible for ensuring that our suppliers receive payment for the product(s) you book via us. Our suppliers are responsible for ensuring that every aspect of their programme, including complete insurance, permits, equipment, staff etc., complies with the current legislation and regulations applicable for the supplier. The supplier determines the price level and the age limits applicable for children’s and youth discounts.


Force Majeure/Disclaimer

Geilogruppen Booking AS shall not be held liable for the consequences of poor weather conditions, closed facilities or other factors outside the company's control. All rates, descripton and technical conditions, are subject to change. Should any faults occur, Geilogruppen Booking is fully entitled to cancel the booking.If the suppliers conditions are not fulfilled, e.g. minimum number of participants etc. In the event of this type of cancellation/major change, if you do not accept the alternative provided, we will provide a 100% refund.
